The equal sides be b,

According to the Question,
b = 3a + 2 cm,

We know that , 
Perimeter of Triangle = Sum of all sides of the Triangle,

Here the perimeter of this triangle is a + b + b cm,

=> 7a + 4 cm,

According to the question, The perimeter is 67 cm, So let's equal them,
=> 7a + 4 =67 cm, Subtract 4 on both sides,
