In this equation , since we are adding P and
a/V2 ,therefore both Need to have same units.
It means a/V2 must have unit of pressure.
a/(cm3 ×cm3) =Dyne/ cm2 (since Dyne/cm2 is CGS unit of pressure)
a/cm6 = Dyne/cm2
therefore, a=Dyne × cm4
Option B is correct
