K_2Cr_2O_7+14HCl\Leftrightarrow 2KCl+2CrCl3+3Cl_2+7H_2O

HCl is oxidised into Cl2

so, oxidation change from HCl to Cl2 = 1

so, total number of oxidation change = 6

now, equivalent mass of HCl = number of mole of HCl present in reaction × mass of one mole of HCl/total number of change in oxidation

= 14 × (35.5 + 1)/6

= 7 × 36.5/3

= 85.1

hence, answer is 85.1
