Explanation:
Click the File menu and click Export Map.
Navigate to where you want to save the export file.
Click the Save as type drop-down arrow and click AI or TIFF.
Type a file name for the export file.
Click the word Options on the lower left corner of the dialog box to expand the options.

After you've created a map or layout, you can export it as a file to share with others.
To export, make sure a map or layout view is active.
On the Share tab, click Map Export or Layout Export, depending on the active view to open the Export pane.
Set a name and location for the file, and any other properties, and click Export.
