when dividing the expression by x-3 using polynomial division method

we get a remainder which is 10+3(9-m)

since it is given in the question that the reaminder is equal to  -2,

        10+3(9-m)= -2

        10+27-3m= -2

        -3m= -2-37

        m= -39/-3 =13

     ∴ m=13
