Let p( x ) = 4x² + 16x + m

If p( x ) divisible by x + 3 then ,

p( - 3 ) = 0

4 ( - 3 )² + 16 ( - 3 ) + m = 0

36 - 49 + m = 0

- 13 + m = 0

m = 13
