1)The examination of democracy is never over. As it passes one test, it produces another test. As some people get the benefits of democracy, they want more and want democracy to get even better.

2) The public expression of dissatisfaction can itself be treated as the testimony to the success of democracy. This means the people have developed the ability to look critically at the high and the mighty and the power holders.

3) The fact that people are complaining indicates the success of democracy. It transforms the people from the status of subjects to the status of citizens. Most people today believe that their vote makes a difference to the way in which the government is run.
