(i) S-N magnet 1 and N-S magnet 2 label diagram is shown in the attachment

ii) Magnet 2 is weaker due to more bending of its lines. In certain words, its lines are undergoing more further force which is exerted by magnet 1

Weaker magnet is nothing but any magnet consists of many much smaller segments all of which are magnets. The number of oriented segments leads to the magnetic characteristics of the total magnet.
