The first , second and fourth terms of a proportion are 5, 45, & 36. Find the third term ?​

1st and second term :-

\dfrac{5}{45} = \dfrac{1}{9}

[ \dfrac{1 }{9} is the simpliest form of \dfrac{5}{49} ]

[ Let the third term be " x " ].

\dfrac{x }{36} = \dfrac{1}{9}

x = 36 ÷ 9

x = 4
