Let the second side of the triangle be x cm.

Then according to the question:-

First side = 24 + x

Second side = x

Third side = 2x - 5

1st + 2nd + 3rd side = perimeter

Put all the values:-

24 + x + x + 2x - 5 = 49

19 + 4x = 49

4x = 30

x = 7.5

1st side = 24 +7.5 cm

2nd side=7.5 cm

3rd side=2(7.5) - 5 cm
