we have

total number of tiles = 3000

area of 1 tile =1/2×d1×d2

=1/2×45×30

=675

therefore area of 3000 tiles = 675×3000

=2025000

total cost =2025000×25

=50625000 rupees

Answer:

Rs. 5062.5

Step-by-step explanation:

The shape of each tile is a rhombus,

Therefore, the area of a rhombus can be calculated by using the formula:

=(d1*d2)/2

substituting the values,

=(45cm*30cm)/2

=(0.45m*0.30m)/2

=0.0675 square meters.

Number of tiles=3000

Thus, the area of 3000 tiles=0.0675*3000

                                              =202.5 square meters.

Cost for polishing 1 square meter=25 Rs.

Cost for polishing 202.5 square meters=202.5*25

                                                                 =5062.5 Rs.
