Answer: Rs 4050

Step-by-step explanation: area of each tile= 1/2x45x30 sq cm

now @Rs 20/1sq m= Rs 20/10000 per sq cm Therefore total cost= 3000x Rs 20/10000x 1/2x 45x30 = Rs 4050

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Diagonal 1 = d1= 45cm  ( Given)

Diagonal 2 = d2= 30cm   ( Given)

Number of tiles= 3000   ( Given)

Rate per m²= 20   ( Given)

Area of Rhombus= 1/2×d1×d2

= (1/2) × 45 × 30 =675

Area of 1 tile= 675 cm² = 675/10000 m²

Area of 3000 tiles= 3000 × (675/10000) as [1cm²= 1/10000m²]

Cost of Polishing the floor = Total Area × rate

= (3000 × 675 × 20)/10000

= 3× 675× 20/10

= 3× 67.5× 20

=  4050

Thus, the total cost of polishing the floor is Rs 4050.
