the floor of building consists of 3000 tiles which are rhombus shaped and each of it's diagonals are 45cm and 30 cm in length. find the total cost of polishing the floor if the cost per m² is Rs. 2.5​

Since tile is in the shape of rhombus and Diagonals are 45 cm and 30 cm

Thus.

d = 30 cm

d. 45 cm

Area of one tile = Area of rhombus .

And Area of Rhombus =21d1d2

Cost =(2145×30)cm2×3000×m22.5Rs

=(100)(100)45×15m2.3000×2.5m2Rs

=1045×45×2.5Rs

=506.25Rs
