Find the volume of the tank:

Volume = Length x Breadth x Height

Volume = 200 x 176 x 0.56 = 19712 m³

Find the rate of  flow of the water through the pipe:

Rate = area of the opening x speed of the flow

Rate = π(0.28)² x 20000 = 17600 m/hour

Find the time needed to raise the water by 56 cm:

Number of hours = 19712 ÷17600 = 1.12 hours

Answer: 1.12 hours is needed for the water to rise by 56 cm.
