Explanation:

Focal length ( f ) = 50 cm

Object distance ( u ) = - 75 cm

Image distance ( v ) = ?

By applying Mirror formula -

1/v + 1/u = 1 /f

1/v = 1 / 50 - 1 / - 75

v = + 150 cm

Magnification = - v / u

Magnification = - 150 / - 75

Magnification = 2

Therefore image distance = 150 cm and magnification is 2
