There is nothing more selfish

you can do than come to

work sick. You may get a

gold star for showing your sniffing

face at the office and soldiering

through the workday to prove

your value- but everyone around

you just gets sick. You're

an inconsiderate work hazard.

Explanation:

  • The first error is in the usage of the correct auxiliary verb. Since the subject is singular,  therefore, 'is' will be used.
  • The second error is in the use of the preposition. 'To' will be the correct preposition.
  • The third error is in the subject-verb agreement. With 'you' as a subject, the auxiliary verb used will be 'get'.
  • The fourth error is the error in a preposition.
  • The fifth error is in the use of a conjunction. The conjunction 'and' will be used instead of 'but'.
  • The sixth error is in the use of the word 'proof'. 'Prove' will the correct word.
  • The seventh error is in the use of correct conjunction.
  • The eighth error is in the subject-verb agreement.
  • The ninth error is in the incorrect use of the article. The indefinite article 'an' will be used.
