Part A.

Yom Kippur War in 1973 was one of the main conflicts between Israel and Egypt prior to the Camp David accords that made the meeting necessary.

Part B.

1.   Egyptian President Anwar Sadat.

2.   Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin.

3.  United States President Jimmy Carter.

Part C.

It was monumental for the above three leaders to meet because the agreement stabilized the fractious relations between Israel and Egypt.

Part D.

The years before and after the Camp David Accord were totally different. Before the accord there were continuous wars between Israel and Arabs but after the accord there began peace and trade relations between them.
