The visual is not given here so I cannot comment on that. However, in general, yes children are overburdened these days. Various psychological studies have shown that adding academic work will not lead to better educational outcomes. Dr Peter Gray of Boston University has written a very good book called Free to Learn which says that children should be allowed to play freely if you want them to become confident adults. You could also look up Sudbury Valley School, which is a school in the US, where children simply come and play and basically do what they feel like.
