\sf Given \begin{cases} & \sf{Length\;of\;football\;field = \bf{10\;cm}} \\ & \sf{Breadth\;of\;football\;field = 70 mm = \bf{7\;cm}} \end{cases}\\ \\

To find: Area of rectangular football field?

Rectangle: A Rectangle is a four sided-polygon, having all the internal angles equal to 90 degrees. The opposite sides of the rectangle are equal in length.

⠀⠀⠀

  • Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

  • Area of Rectangle = length × breadth

  • Diagonal of Rectangle = (length)² + (breadth)²

Square: A square is a two-dimensional plane figure with four equal sides and all the four angles are equal to 90 degrees.

⠀⠀⠀

  • Area of square = side × side

  • Perimeter = 4 × side

  • Diagonal of square = √2 × side
