The formula for density is given by p=m/v, where p is density, m is mass and v is volume. If a substance has a mass of 27.82 grams and a volume of 3.6 ml, what is the most accurate density of the substance in g/ ml?

Given in the Question,

Mass of the substances = 27.82 grams.
Volume of the substances = 3.6 ml.
Given Formula,  ρ = m/V

Now, Using the Formula,

Density = Mass/Volume
Therefore, We have,

Density(
ρ) = 27.82/3.6
Density(ρ) = 7.73 g/ml

Hence, the density of the substances is 7.73 g/ml.

Hope it helps.

Given:

Mass of the substance = 27.82 gms

Volume = 3.6 ml

Density of the substance

= Mass / Volume

= 27.82 / 3.6

= 2782 / 36 ×10

= 1391/18×10

= 77.277/10

= 7.7277 gm/ ml

I hope this answer helps you
