We already know that the sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360°
5x + 2x + 3x + 8x = 360°
18x = 360°
x = 360/18
x = 20°
So,
the measure of angles are
5x = 5×20 => 100°
2x = 2×20 => 40°
3x = 3×20 => 60°
8x = 8×20 => 160°

ATQ, the four angle of a quadrilateral are on ratio 5 : 2 : 3 : 8
let the four angles be 5x, 2x, 3x and 8x
we know that the sum of all interior angle of a quadrilateral is 360°
therefore 5x + 2x + 3x + 8x = 360°
➡ 18x = 360°
➡ x = 360/18
➡ x = 20°
hence, the angles of the quadrilateral are :-
- 5x = 5 × 20 = 100°
- 2x = 2 × 20 = 40°
- 3x = 3 × 20 = 60°
- 8x = 8 × 20 = 160°
VERIFICATION = 100 + 40 + 60 + 160
= 200 + 160
= 360°
hence verified.
