The freezing point of water is o degree celcius and melting point of ice is also 0 degree celcius. if we place a glass of water at o degree celcius then will it stable at ice form or it will contineously change its form from water to ice and from ice to water ?

It will stay in the liquid form even at 0° celsius.
As the Temperature is directly proportional to the pressure and volume of the material, it will turn into ice as soon as you give the glass a gentle pressure, it will turn solid. This happens to most of the liquids. why? Becuase by doing that molecules of a liquid get slow and close enough to form stable bonds. it keeps them in a certain form and makes solid.
