Assuming, harmonics, length and mass constant, then f directly varies with

sqrt{t}

So,

v1/v2 =

 \sqrt{ \frac{t1}{t2} }

Here, t2 = 25t1

So, v1/v2 = 1/5 i.e. v2 = 5v1
