The concept is true that functioning of kidneys is efficiently monitored and regulated by the heart to a certain extent.
Explanation:
Kidneys are responsible for the filteration of waste material in human body. Kidneys are regulated by JGA, hypothalamus, and the heart.
When blood flow in the atria of the heart increases, Atrial Natriuretic Factor (ANF) is released. ANF supports dilation of blood vessels and hence the blood pressure decreases. As a result ANF moniters the renin-angiotensin mechanism, that regulates sodium-fluid balance and arterial pressure.
