Right to Constitutional Remedies comes under Article 32 to Article 35 under Indian Constitutional law.
Under Right to Constitutional Remedies, the Constitution makers have provided the Supreme courts, the High courts and the Lower courts the power to enforce the fundamental rights enlisted in the Constitution of India by appropriate proceedings.
The Fundamental Rights provided under the Constitution are meaningless if these are not enforced by some remedy and to make them enforceable, these constitutional remedies have been entrusted in the hands of judiciary of our country.
