Hey mate !!

Here's the answer !!

Fuse is a safety device that needs to be connected in an electric circuit to prevent fire breakage in circuits.

But if fuse is broken due to excessive current all the current to the devices must stop. So Fuse must be connected in a special manner.

In a parallel connection, the circuits dont break for all appliances connected. Hence it is not the suitable connection.

In a series connection, if one appliance stops working others automatically get deactivated.

Hence the fuse must connected in series with all the devices in the electrical circuit.

Hope my answer helps !!

Cheers !!

Answer:

The fuse in placed in the live wire just after the 'electricity matter' of the consumer. Fuse wires are generally made of an alloy of tin and lead and have a relatively low melting point.
