1. Discrimination:

Discrimination is the major reason. People which are of upper castes do not allow people of lower castes to do things they do. Such as they do not allow lower cases to study, drink water from the well they drink and so on. By this, no one of lower castes is able to study. Slowly when they started to teach bóys, they didn't allowed gírls to teach.

2. Poverty:

Many parents who are poor and are unable to pay fees of school either gírls or boys. This leads to non-educated gírls. If they do pay for boys, still they will not pay for gírls.

3. Background:

Many parents have a non-educated or different backgrounds where they think teaching isn't a good thing. It is also a reason they not teach gírls.

4. Religion and Socialism

The laws made by people in earlier times have made that no gírls should be educated. Only boys will have rights to study. Gírls will only work in kitchens.
