We know that

v=ir

so

r=v/I

as the slope gives us I/v (conductance) hence to obtain resistance we will find 1/slope

slope =  \frac{3}{30}  =  \frac{1}{3}  \\ hence \: resistance \:  =   \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{3} }  = 1 \times  \frac{3}{1}  = 3 \: ohm
