y = mx + c is the intersepting form of line of equation ,
where c is constant at y axis ( 0 , c)
m is the slope of equation ,
it is only passing through origin when we put (0, 0) then satisfy equation for this point .
e.g LHS = y =0

RHS = mx + c = m× 0 + c

LHS ≠ RHS
so, this line not passing through origin
