The gravitational force between two bodies each of mass m and separated by a distance of r is F. To keep the force constant how would you change

b. one of the mass if the distance is reduced to half, keeping the other mass constant?

since gravitational force is given by

F=GMm\R²

for first part if mass become tripple then

F=G3M3m\R²

since.here F is constant

F=6Mm\R²

=6Mm\F

R=6Mm\F
