11- √6 is greater that √17- √12. From (i) and (ii), we can come to a conclusion that from the given two equations, √11- √6 is the greatest value..

Answer:

 \frac{10}{ \sqrt{5} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{5} }

 \frac{10 \sqrt{5} }{5}

 2 \sqrt{5}

and

 \frac{14}{ \sqrt{7} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{7} }

 \frac{14 \sqrt{7} }{7}

2 \sqrt{7}

There fore....

2 \sqrt{5}  < 2 \sqrt{7}
