The ground water have gone under due to increase in used of water by people

Now a days, most of the farmers are depending on bore well for irrigating their fields. Bore well is dig to deep and most of the ground water is used. Compared to past we have used some 80% of ground water. But none of the people who use it think to recharge it. Not only farmers, other people are also using ground water in a large scale. No one is thinking about the future consequences. Government is taking many steps to conserve ground water. We must take measures to save it. We must have rain water harvesting.
