India is a vast and a diverse country. Our has a population of more than a billion. When this population level rises, the competition among the youth also rises. It has many positive and negative impacts. This can lead to various mid influence among the youth which can actual have a good and bad attitude.
Increasing level of competition allows the youth to work harder and achieve their aim. Success is achieved only by hard work and this competition allows them to work hard and face difficulties, which will make them more stronger. This will provide a practise to the youth about the obstacles we might face in life.
Increasing levels of competition can help teenagers enhance their skills. They try new and different activities which will motivate them to move forward successful. They might acquire more knowledge and the ability to perform tasks more efficiently.
Competition among the youth helps in understanding their weaknesses and strengths. Thus, they will be encouraged to work more on their weaknesses and provide support to their strengths. Increasing levels of competition also enhances their creativity and manage success and failures in life.
But sometimes, they can have a negative impact. They might opt methods that involve brutality and crime. This might lead them to perform murders and use of drugs. This can effect their health.
Increasing levels of competition can pressurise the youth. This can lead in depression and negative thoughts. Anxiety, and stress can be the common results. There might lack sleep and cannot give their concentration to their goals that they want to achieve.
Suicides among the youth will be common. The number of Suicidal attempts might rise up. This might occur due to the pressure that is applied by their parents, teachers and their elders. Losing their own life can be one of the results.
Thus, I conclude that Increasing levels of competition among the youth has both positive and negative impacts. They can have adverse effects of society. We can imagine both the possibilities. It all depends upon the way teenagers think and react.
