once there was a prince . he helps everyone but dont realise them that they are helped by him . a swallow helps him for doing good deeds because happy prince is a statue . when winter come the swallow decide to wait with happpy prince but he died because of cold . then the town' s people throw them into garbage

'The Happy Prince' by Oscar Wilde is a story which talks about the generosity of the prince who appeared happy, but was actually sad due to the state of the sad and poverty-stricken people. His main follower was a sparrow who was actually supposed to fly to Egypt due to weather changes. When the happy Prince talks about his same to the sparrow, the sparrow helps him by taking out precious gems from the statue's eye, sword, etc.. and sending the gems to the poor and miserable people. Soon one day, the town people discover that the prince lost all his gems and is no longer valuable. The sparrow is found lying dead next to him due to the cold weather; he couldn't bear it.
