Given:-

→HCF(a,24)=6

→LCM(a,24)=360

\rule{200}{1}

To Find:-

→The Other no? (a)

\rule{200}{1}

AnsWer:-

•Let the no. be a, Respectively.•

↓Using the Formula↓

→LCM×HCF=Product of no.s

♦Putting the Values♦

→360×6=a×24

*Shifting 24 to LHS*

 \frac{\cancel{360} :\times \cancel{6}}{ \cancel{24}} =a

→90=a

•°•Hence, The other no is 90

\rule{200}{2}

Let x be a integer.

Given,

L.C.M= (x,24)

And also given L.C.M= 6

So,

(x,24)=6

H.C.F= (x,24)

And also given H.C.F=360

So,

(x,24)=360

We know that,....

L.C.M × H.C.F= product of numbers to get L.C.M as well as H.C.F

6×360=a×24

a×24=6×360

a= 6×360÷24

a=2160÷24

a=90

So, the other number we need is 90.
