Let 'a' and 'b' be the  two numbers, so always:

HCF×LCM = a×b

HCF = 11, LCM = 330 and one of the numbers ('a') is 55,

b = (HCF×LCM) / a

  = (11×330)/55

  = 3630/55

  = 66

Thus 66 is the answer.
