Answer:

Why 'Enthalpy change' (∆H) is equal to 'Heat transfer at constant pressure' (Qp)? ∆H = ∆U + ∆pV, here only expansion work done by the sustem is added. If non expansion work is done on the system then it should be, ∆H ≠ Qp.
