according to question :-

heat of neutralisation of HCl by NaOH = -55.9kj/mole

and heat of neutralisation of HCl by NaOH = -12.1kj/mole

then

dissociation of HCL = -55.9-(-12.1)

= -55.9+12.1 = 68 kj/mole
