Radius^2 =5^2 - 3^2
=25-9
=16
So radius=4cm
So base area=22/7*4*4
=50.28cm^2

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Height =3cm

Slant height =5cm

r^2=l^2 - h^2

r^2 = 25 -16

r =4cm

Area of base= 22/7×r^2

=22/7 × 4×4

=352/7

=50.28 cm^2
