=>1/3©R^2*H=27*1/3*©r^2*h

=>R^2*30=27r^2h
r^2h/30R^2=1/27 .......(I)
SINCE THE CONE IS CUT PARALLEL
SO 2 CONES ARE SIMILAR=>r/R=h/H
=>r/R=h/30.....(ii)
FRom eqn 1 and 2
(r^2/R^2)*h=1/27
(h/30)^2*h=1./27
h^3/30^3=1/27
h/30=1/3
h=10m
hence the cone is cut 20 m above base of big cone
