Step-by-step explanation:

we know,

curved surface Area of cylinder

= 2πrh

we have given,

height of cylinder = 14 cm

curved surface Area = 264 sqcm

radius = ?

therefor,

curved surface Area of cylinder

= 2πrh

264 = 2 (22/7) (r ) (14)

264 = 2 x (22) x 2 x (r)

264 = 88 x (r)

264 / 88 = (r)

r = 3cm

therefor, radius of cylinder is 3 cm .
