The base of parallelogram is "0.6 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

The \ given \ values \ are:\\\\The \ height \ of \ a \ parallelogram,h=3 \ dm\\As \ we \ know,\\1 \ dm=10 \ cm\\So,h=3\times 10=30 \ cm\\\\The \ Area=20 \ cm^2\\\\As\ we \ know,\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values \ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\20 =b\times 30\\\\b=\frac{20}{30} \\\\b=0.6 \ cm
