Answer:

area of a parallelogram is = base×height.

base= y

height=1/3y

area=192cm²

     192 = y × 1/3y

     192=y²/3

     192×3 =y²

    576 =y²

   √576 = y

    24 =y

                   BASE = 24

                  HEIGHT= 1/3y = 1/3 ×24

                                 =8

SOLUTION;.....®️

We know that the Area of ||gm= Base×height
Now let us assume that the base of the ||gm be Bcm, then the height of the ||gm will be 1/3Bcm

So, B×B/3= 192cm^2

= B^2= 192×3

= B^2= 576

= B= √576

= B = 24cm

So, the base of the ||gm= 24cm

And height= 1/3 of 24= 8cm Ans..
