height = 4r 
volume = 1/3 *pie * r^2 * h
36 pie = 1/3 pie * r*2 * 4r
36 * 3/4 = r^3
r = cube root (3 * 3 * 3)
r = 3 cm 
height = 4 *r = 4 * 3 = 12 cm ANSWER.
