Answer:

Rs.7919.94

Step-by-step explanation:

Diameter = 24 m

Radius = 12 m

Height = 9 m

Slant Height = l

So, l²= r²+h²

     l²= 12²+9²

     l²= 144+81

     l² = 225

     l = √225

     l = 15

C.S.A of Cone = πrl

                       =22/7×12×15

                       =565.71 m²

Cost of tent = Area×Cost of 1 m²

                  =565.71×14

                  = Rs.7919.94

Answer:

slant height =( on applying phytogras theorem)

 \sqrt{ {9}^{2} +  {12}^{2}  }  =  \sqrt{225 }  = 15m

lateral surface area =

\pi \times r \times slant \: height

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 12 \times 15 = 565.2 {m}^{2}

total cost = 14×lateral surface area=14×565.2 = 7912.8 rupees
