The height of a tent is 9 m.its base diameter is 24 m.what is its slant height?find the cost of canvas cloth required if it costs₹14 per sq.m​

So, l²= r²+h²

     l²= 12²+9²

     l²= 144+81

     l² = 225

     l = √225

                       =565.71 m²

Cost of tent = Area×Cost of 1 m²

                  =565.71×14

                  = Rs.7919.94

lateral surface area =

\pi \times r \times slant \: height

total cost = 14×lateral surface area=14×565.2 = 7912.8 rupees
