=10m+10cm×12×5
=10×100cm+600 cm
=1000cm+600 cm

t = 5 yrs = 60 mts
h = 10 m = 100 cm
10 cm ---- 1mth
x cm ----- 60 mths
x = 60 * 10 = 600 cm
x = 6 m
therefore after 5 yrs the tree wil be 16 m tall
