The Oliver being a serious writer generally don't write humorous poems. The Height of the Ridiculous was the first poem comically written by Oliver. From reading the opening lines of the poem, his servant started laughing, the lines of the poems were so humorous that he even started breaking his buttons of the shirt by laughing out loud.
