l =  \sqrt{ {h}^{2} +  {r}^{2}  }

 =  \sqrt{ {4}^{2} +  {7}^{2}  }

 =  \sqrt{625}

l = 25

T.S.A. of cone :-

=> πr(r+l)

  =  > \frac{22}{7}  \times 7(7 + 25)

 =  > 22 \times 32

 =  >  \: 764 {cm}^{2}
