Mahendragiri is the highest peak in the eastern gates. among all others.

Mahendragiri peak is located in the sub-division of Paralakhemundi in the Gajapati district of Orrisa, India.

But the major part of the peak falls on in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Its elevation is 4,925 ft. height. It has triple top and is situated at in the middle of the Eastern Ghats.
