YES .
I think the household work should be equally divided among all family members cause the family members usually believe that only the woman is suitable for House hold work but then suppose the husband is a chef , he cooks delicious meal at a grand restaurant but he don't even bother to help his wife cook for he has a greater understanding of taste n food . LASTLY , they also must have a mutual understanding so the members of the family are happy of what they do n accordingly divide the work among them .
